Bell Pepper Stir-fry
for the recipe:
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp parsley
1 tbsp basil
2 tbsp olive oil
salt&pepper (to taste)
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Combine the red pepper, green pepper, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in the pan and saute for about 10 minutes until the peppers are fully cooked. Add the mayo, milk, teriyaki, parsley, and basil to the cooked pepper mixture and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. The combination of mayo and milk in the pepper mixture will make a creamy sauce. Serve with rice, pasta, or tortillas. Enjoy :)
