Mushroom and Egg Skillet





for the recipe:
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
1-1/2 cups of mushrooms
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp olive oil
salt&pepper (to taste)

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add the mushrooms, basil, parsley, paprika, garlic powder,teriyaki, salt, and pepper to the pan and saute for 5-6 minutes. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the eggs and milk and scramble until eggs are ready. Enjoy :)
